It's very important to keep your membership details up to date, so you don't loose access to resources. Keep your details up to date in the accounts section.

Your on your way, about to, or already preparing and surviving with your family, community or mutual assistance group.

To view if your payment details are correct, please check your paypal or bank account (if applicable). EFT bank transfer details are emailed to you, if you selected that option.

If you're using Paypal for automatic subscriptions, please ensure payment was processed correctly.

If your having any issues with payments, please feel free to contact us so we can help clarify any issues (If applicable).

Be sure to click on the email link to nominate a password. Without this step your membership will not progress.

Note:  If your paying by EFT or container deposit scheme, your access (or membership expiry date) will be pending until payment has been received and verified. Checks can take 1-5 days, depending on volunteer members time.
